Ontology

The ontology gives Frontal a shared understanding of enterprise reality. It defines schemas, objects, relationships, graph structures, semantic extraction, reasoning workflows, and validation rules so the platform can operate on meaning rather than raw records alone.

Without it, two systems can both contain a customer while agents, workflows, and people disagree about which record is authoritative. With it, the same entity definitions and permissions can serve every product surface.
